Real Estate Paralegal The candidate should have an ABA Certification or Associate degree in paralegal studies. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proven work experience as a real estate paralegal. Must have strong writing and communication skills, and unwavering attention to detail and client service. Experience independently handling a high volume of residential real estate transactions with minimal oversight. Experience working on both sides of a transaction is required.
