Associate Attorney - Immigration Responsibilities: The candidate will be handling employment-based immigrant (PERM, multinational manager/executive, outstanding researcher, extraordinary ability), non-immigrant (H, L, TN, E, O), family-based, and naturalization cases. Removal experience a plus. Requirements : The candidate should have a degree in J.D. Must preferably have 2+ years of immigration attorney experience. Should have strong organizational, communication, and writing skills are required. Should have ability to build strong working relationships with clients and staff. Should have experience in managing a broad caseload in a high paced environment. Ability to identify legal issues, analyze facts and determine appropriate case strategy. Contribute to the Firm s overall initiatives.
