Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities: Reports to Trial Attorney. Extensive client contact. Drafting correspondence, discovery, and other litigation related documents. Document production. Correspondence with medical offices. Schedule deposition. Assists with trial preparation. Maintain calendars. Create and/or maintain meticulous records, spreadsheets, and files. Settlement breakdowns. Meet deadlines. Responsible for managing the day-to-day legal casework. Other related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree from accredited school. Paralegal certificate. 5+ years personal injury paralegal experience. Strong knowledge of PowerPoint presentations. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe; Salesforce software experience a plus. Team oriented; must be capable of working in a collaborative environment. Self- motivated and able to operate independently with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must pass criminal background check. Must be punctual and have excellent attendance.
