Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be collecting information from potential client inquiries. Meeting with clients to prepare discovery responses. Preparing discovery responses and pleadings. Legal research and writing of pleading and correspondence. Assisting as needed with client care procedures. Attending trials and depositions with the attorney as needed. Summarizing client records and providing recommended actions. Should have a Certified paralegal certificate, or equivalent. Should preferably have 4+ years of experience as Litigation Paralegal. Must be fluent in the written and spoken the Spanish language. Must be proficient in Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and Essential Forms applications. Experience with Abacus Private Cloud and Needles Neo is a plus. Must have extreme attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking skills, good organization skills, cheerful, and empathetic.
