Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial; Propound and respond to extensive discovery; Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies; Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists; Calendaring; Noticing Depositions and other Hearings; Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys; Organize documents for filing; Drafting correspondence; Special projects as needed. Speaking Spanish fluently is a huge plus and must have a very thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases. Should have experience.
