Paralegal-Personal Injury The candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery demands and responses, basic motions along with exhibits for service and filing, and correspondence. Scheduling IMEs, including compiling and organizing medical records for IME doctors. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Should have 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury. Experience in managing casework through Lexis Nexis Time Matters is needed. Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel is required. Should have Spanish proficiency; speak, read and write with respect to client matters. Should have the ability to handle the multiple responsibilities of case management and trial preparation in a fast-paced team environment. Should have experience in client interaction, e-filing in state & federal courts and processing records authorizations.
