Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate will be responsible for legal representation of immigrants in their immigration cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of State, and other branches of government. 1-3 years of experience as an immigration attorney is highly preferred. Management or supervisory experience is preferred. Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Conduct initial assessments on immigration cases to determine eligibility for immigration benefits. Prepare immigration cases and represent clients in a wide variety of immigration related matters including, but not limited to, asylum and other forms of removal defense, family-based immigration, naturalization, VAWA, U visa, etc. Other duties as assigned.
