Family Law Paralegal Candidate will concentrate on Family Law, Elder Law and Estate Planning. help clients. Will include: Performance of legal services including legal research, drafting initial pleadings, motions, orders, judgments and status update; overseeing and analyzing discovery. Must be an experienced paralegal. Must have experience with family law but preferably the other areas as well. Will be able to take the initiative on work that needs to be done and see it through to completion. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, HOVER, JAWS, E-filing court portal, financial affidavit (DPA), Child support calculations and Clio is a must.
