Litigation Attorney Duties: Handling cases from preparing responsive pleadings to trial. Propounding and responding to discovery. Medical record review/summaries. Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts. Attend court hearings. Prepare motions/oppositions. Prepare case status reports to carriers. Trial preparation. Qualifications: Must have prior insurance defense experience. Must be driven, self-starter, and able to independently manage a caseload. An ideal candidate would have a minimum of three years of experience with strong litigation skills, including discovery, conducting depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation background. Ability to multitask effectively. Reliable and able to work a caseload independently under the supervision of a firm partner. We are willing to train the right individual. Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills are a must.
