Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney Candidate will assist with personal injury litigation and other casework. Must be licensed to practice in Virginia with fluency in both Spanish and English. 2+ years of experience in personal injury law, motions practice, discovery, and trial work are required. Other background in immigration law, medical malpractice, or drug product liability is helpful. Excellent legal writing and communication skills are requited. Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle pressure, manage support staff, and multi-tasking are required.
