Paralegal The candidate should have complex litigation experience in family law, civil litigation, criminal defense, and/or personal injury. Should have a strong background in family law, civil litigation, criminal defense, and/or personal injury. Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills as well as excellent proofreading skills. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team is required. Must have broad knowledge of e-filing processes and requirements.Extensive experience with trial preparation is required. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and legal case management software.
