Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in preparing bankruptcy petitions, schedules, pleadings and motions and be able to manage a large case load of consumer debtor matters. Meet with clients and prepare correspondence and submissions to clients, adversaries and the Court. 5+ years of experience in bankruptcy with emphasis on Chapter 7 & 13 debtor bankruptcy proceedings required. Experience with Best Case a plus.
