Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in insurance defense litigation. Qualified applicants should be skilled in the following core support areas: Case Evaluation; Document Management & Review; Medical Record Procurement; Review and Summarization; Discovery Management; Pre-Trial and Trial Prep. Should possess strong organizational skills and have the ability to work independently or within a team. Must have excellent writing, communication and computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and Westlaw. Experience with Aderant, FileSite, and CompuLaw, a plus.
