Real Estate Attorney The candidate should preferably have 1-2 years of experience representing clients involving real estate matters. Will involve significant focus on representing investors and developers on various phases of real estate projects, on representing lenders and servicers of loans, and on drafting and negotiating agreements, leases, and other related documents. Should have JD degree from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. LLM in Tax preferred. Admission to Missouri bar (lateral candidates from other jurisdictions will need to sit for the next bar exam) is essential.
