Trademark Paralegal The candidate will prepare and file U.S. and foreign TM applications. Will prepare Statements of Use. Prepare Extension requests. Prepare and file all maintenance papers for U.S. marks. Obtain client instructions for maintenance and renewal of U.S. and foreign marks. Report status to clients for U.S. and foreign marks. Coordinate general prosecution with foreign associates. Review and satisfy the daily stat bar as it pertains to trademarks. Handle domain name registrations. Prepare status reports. Draft correspondence. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Must preferably have Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate. Should have 3-5 years of experience in trademark prosecution. Must have strong organizational, written and oral communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
