Paralegal/Case Manager Duties : Will ensure a great customer/client experience with our firm. Collecting and managing documents related to automobile personal injury claims. Logging all communications with insurance companies, medical providers and clients into computer database. Compiling documentation supporting claims and providing to insurance companies. Drafting transmittal correspondence to insurance companies. Calendaring deadlines. Obtaining medical records from medical providers. Drafting correspondence to insurance carriers. Communicating with clients regarding the status of their claims.The candidate should be an experienced pre-litigation bodily injury ("BI") case manager. Should be Bilingual and know Spanish.
