Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate must have experience with debtor bankruptcy practice and have been directly involved with communicating with clients, preparing and filing Bankruptcy petitions, and preparing and filing Motions in Bankruptcy Court. Must have experience with Best Case or another Bankruptcy Petition Preparation Software as well as experience/knowledge of Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office. Experience/knowledge with Clio is a Plus. Will be expected to assist with the day-to-day Consumer Litigation Practice and Foreclosure Defense practice the firm handles in both state and Federal Courts.
