Seeking Bilingual Immigration Paralegal with 4+ years' experience in private practice of immigration law. The candidate will be: committed to justice for immigrants, wiling and supremely able to assist attorneys with a large docket of complex cases before USCIS and Immigration Courts, a thorough knowledge of family and employment based immigration, an excellent writer, highly motivated, organized, and a creative collaborator. Must: speak Spanish fluently, possess a valid driver's license, and have a minimum of four years experience assisting attorneys in private practice of immigration law.
