Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join litigation practice group in our Seattle office, including Toxic Tort/Environmental and construction. This position is an incredible opportunity for the selected candidate to be case-responsible for various litigation matters related to asbestos and other toxic substances in a growing West Coast firm. Responsibilities: Evaluating medical records; Coordination of expert witnesses for litigation cases; Drafting legal documents, such as motions to compel; Compiling, analyzing, and summarizing data; Conducting legal research; Manage electronic discovery and files; Assisting in all phases of case preparation, as well as discovery; Other duties as assigned by leadership. Experience with toxic tort a plus. Litigation experience a plus. Should have experience with large data management systems, including concordance. Must have experience with trial director. Should have outstanding academic credentials. Must have Paralegal certification from an accredited school. Legal project management experience is required.
