Collections Litigation Staff Attorney The candidate will represent clients and the firm in creditors rights and collections matters. Will be responsible for reviewing documents, preparing pleadings, attending hearings, and communicating with the clients, opposing parties, and the Court. Must be licensed to practice law in Arkansas. Should have 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in the creditors rights or collections field. Excellent writing and organizational skills required.
