Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate will assist Partners and Associates in various aspects of litigation. Responsibilities include calendaring and monitoring deadlines, scheduling depositions and meetings, issuing subpoenas, reviewing and organizing medical records, communicating with clients, attorneys, and experts, monitoring mail, assisting with discovery, and e-filing documents. Prior experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or worker's compensation is preferred. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Should have strong verbal and written skills.
