Business Immigration Paralegal DUTIES: Prepare various types of work visa petitions (including TN, H-1B, E-3, L-1, O-1, and E-2 visas), and related petitions and client counselling. Prepare all stages employment-based greencard petitions (including EB-1 petitions, PERM, I-140 & I-485/Consular Processing), and related petitions and client counselling. Compile and maintain immigration records, reports, and forms. Research and stay current on relevant immigration rules, regulations, and cases. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree. 4+ years experience in preparing above-mentioned business immigrant and non-immigrant and related petitions. 4+ years experience in counseling corporate clients regarding immigration process, documents needed, and timelines. 3+ years experience conducting business immigration research. Must be organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with solid written and verbal communication skills.
