Patent Attorney The candidate will work as a patent attorney with 2 or more years of experience practicing IP law. Must have : a strong background in electrical, computer, mechanical and/or materials science technology areas litigation experience. Should have experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications, writing opinions, and conducting freedom to operate studies relating to a wide range of electrical, computer, mechanical and/or materials science arts. Should have superior academic credentials (usually within the top 25% of their class. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have an advanced degree, litigation experience, and/or scientific industry experience are preferred.
