Attorney Candidate will be engaged in civil practice with emphasis on insurance defense, insurance coverage, construction litigation and personal injury. BA/BS/ Undergraduate degree is required. JD Degree is a must. Must be licenses in Kentucky, Ohio license a plus. Experience is preferred, to take depositions, argue motions, negotiate non-litigation solutions and prepare cases for trial. Must be able to work independently, have good communication skills and be willing to travel to various courts in Kentucky.
