Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare and file complaints, pleadings, and discovery. Must have 3+ years of litigation experience preparing discovery responses, indexing medical records, calculating damages, and answering interrogatories and requests to produce. Able to maintain attorney calendar, scheduling, and diary management. Ability to assist with depositions, mediation, and trial preparation is required. Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and research skills required. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
