Labor Law Litigation Attorney The candidate will represent clients in court & depositions. Prepare and draft legal documents including Pleadings, Discovery Demands/Responses, and Dispositive Motions on behalf of clients. Advise clients as to the claims against them and the defense and legal process. Negotiate settlements or prepare for and participate in trials. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Should have 1-2 years of previous experience in litigation (specifically Labor Law) defense.
