Part-Time Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2 years of civil litigation experience. Position is part-time to start. Must be admitted to practice in State of Connecticut, and admission to U.S. District Court for District of Connecticut is also preferred. Assignments will include legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, and discovery. Experience in defense of personal injury cases, medical malpractice actions and/or civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983 is a plus.
