Litigation Paralegal/Supervisor Candidate will be in litigation team working closely with attorneys and with clients. Will work closely with other department heads including Compliance Attorney, Audit and Compliance Manager, Client Services Manager and IT Manager. Will assist IT Department in creating technological solutions to improve productivity and ensure that best practices are followed. Will direct, control and review work quality and quantity, assess skills, strengths and areas for development, provide constructive feedback, and motivate and support efforts to increase skills and professionalism. Will have previous supervisory experience and proven knowledge of the litigation process (particularly in California). Must be able to conduct ongoing analysis of processes to ensure efficiency standards are met and that firm and client milestones/goals are met while adhering to all client policy and procedures. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a proven supervisory background to supervise the litigation team for firm. Must be able to identify areas where processes can be improved.
