Associate Attorney The candidate will be addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from motions to dismiss, summary judgment and pre-trial motions. Will be briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions. Interfacing with clients and opposing counsel. Managing their own caseload, which will including handling cases from the pre-litigation stage through trial. The candidate should have 1+ year of experience to join its general litigation practice. Admission to Colorado State Bar is required. Experience analyzing, researching and drafting briefs are essential. Experience with trials, taking and defending depositions is needed. District Court, and/or law school law review experience is also preferred. Attendance of hearings are preferred.
