Employment Discrimination Attorney, Junior Associate The candidate Should preferably have 1-2 years of solid litigation experience. Will consider recent law school grads with demonstrated keen interest in Employment Law. Good working knowledge of federal, state and city discrimination laws is required. Must have first-hand experience in all aspects of lawsuits from intake through trial -- including drafting complaints, discovery, motion practice, depositions and settlements -- a plus.
