Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join Personal Injury Firm. Should have 5 years of litigation experience. Personal Injury litigation experience is a plus. Should have proficiency and understanding of the rules of civil procedure. Drafting complaints. Propounding and responding to written discovery. Preparing for depositions. Preparing for mediations. Preparing for trial. Excellent written and verbal communication. Able to prioritize and organize. Self direction. Team Player. Flexibility and ability to multi-task. Must be dependable. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Should have experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably with both personal injury and insurance defense firm.
