Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Personal Injury Litigation Duties: Work on all phases of transportation, premises liability and nursing home negligence and abuse cases. The work will primarily consist of drafting pleadings and discovery responses, and interacting with clients, medical providers and lienholders. Position also requires assistance with general office tasks such as clerical work, data management, and file organization. Candidates must have experience in personal injury litigation in Illinois. Must be self-motivated, ethical, good writers and communicators, and be committed to the practice of representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
