Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for preparation of settlement demand packages, drafting discovery/disclosure and basic pleadings, lien negotiation, client communication, trial preparation and generally assist with all aspects of case management. Willing to provide some training if necessary to the right candidate. Substantial experience in personal injury litigation is required. Excellent writing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Outlook are required. Familiarity with Trial Director preferred.
