Technology and Healthcare Attorney The candidate will involve significant work on information technology matters, including, drafting and negotiating software purchase and development agreements, end user license agreements, and working with clients to develop privacy and security policies as well as advising clients on data sharing. Will also involve significant work in the healthcare space, including advising clients on HIPAA compliance, Stark, the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, and regulatory compliance. Must have 3+ years of relevant work experience. Previous law firm experience is required. Must have strong academic background. Must have Florida Bar license (or to be admitted within a year of being hired). Must be proficient in standard law firm technology, including the Microsoft Office family of products and Lexis Advance.
