Litigation Paralegal The candidate will obtain, review and analyze documents or any other relevant information. Will prepare for trial by preparing trail notebooks, exhibits and witness files. Compile evidence and supporting information by searching records, discovery documents, transcripts, libraries and databases. Generate status reports, logs and indexes. Maintain acceptable minimum monthly billable hours. The candidate should have Degree from an accredited university and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program. Must have 5+ years of experience in defense litigation. Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Strong analytical skills are needed. Must preferably have excellent research and writing skills.
