Associate Attorney/Litigation Attorney, Temporary Candidate will work for a consumer protection firm that helps real people with real problems. Will prosecute claims against illegal business practices that can jeopardize consumers jobs, homes, and ability to get by in a competitive economy. Will litigate individual, class action, and mass action cases. Will be helping consumers affected by credit reporting errors, debt collection harassment, illegal telemarketing, and financing fraud in auto sales. Experience of Litigation of 1 year Preferred. Client Communications: 1 year Preferred. MS Office/Outlook: 1 year Preferred. Federal Court: 1 year preferred.
