Associate Attorney The candidate will work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects and assignments. Communicate with clients regarding legal counseling and to provide status reports. Must have JD from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in Colorado. Must have 1-2 years of litigation experience. Experience drafting summary judgment motions and other dispositive motions a plus. Mediation and trial preparation experience a plus. Must have knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures. Securities experience is preferred.
