Family Law Paralegal The candidate assist 3 senior attorneys and help supervise legal assistants. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working in a family law. Working knowledge of Abacus Law and Essential Forms is a plus. Should have experience with calendaring, local filing procedures, and the California Rules of Court. Must have familiarity with the Judicial Council Forms. Researching & problem-solving of issues related to document retrieval. Overtime sometimes required.
