Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients with cases that are in litigation, communicating with insurance paralegals and attorneys, drafting complaints, drafting discovery responses, drafting witness and exhibit lists, drafting motions, drafting summaries, etc. Must have 3+ years of prior legal experience. Prior legal experience with a law firm specializing in no-fault/auto negligence litigation is preferred. Must be a team player, technologically proficient and past experience with case management software is a plus. Should be a highly motivated, driven, team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced.
