Attorney Hiring Assistant The candidate provides assistance with a variety of administrative and project-related duties including applicant data entry; coordination of on-campus interviews; processing of all recruiting related expenses; assisting with the summer associate program and other annual events; preparing departmental correspondence; maintaining files and other administrative responsibilities. Essential Duties: Preparing Correspondence. Answering Telephones. Processing Expenses. Coordinating On-Campus Visits. Interacting with Candidates, Vendors and Law Schools. Maintaining Departmental Data in Excel. Creating and Maintaining Electronic Records in Document Management System. Coordination of Logistics Related to In-Office Candidate Visits. Assisting with the summer associate program. Assisting with the fall recruitment program including several duties related to on-campus recruiting and the in-office callback process. Providing support during law student, summer program and diversity-related social events. Assisting with Lateral Attorney Hiring as needed. Supporting Attorney Hiring Coordinators in Project-Related Assignments. Ability to work overtime during peak recruiting season required. A 2-4 year college degree is highly preferred. 2 years of administration support experience in a legal or professional services environment is required. Must have work experience in Microsoft Office Suite, word processing, general office procedures, along with the capability to multitask, concentrate on details, organize and prioritize workload, and the ability to work with a wide spectrum of individuals.
