Family Law Associate Attorney or J.D. Pending Bar Results The candidate' can work from home or in the office, however, some court houses are back in person, and so are other litigation events, and some clients prefer in person, so you'll be required to make in person appearances and accommodate the team. There may also be some required days in the office for other reasons, but for the majority of the time you can work from home or any hybrid that works for you. Will be drafting intensive and will be someone who works closely and regularly with clients and senior attorneys to help them get orders/pleadings out and close out cases. This position will include litigation prep and support for senior attorneys. This position may also require some litigation appearances at depositions, mediation, or Court, but by in large will be drafting intensive. Required qualifications: Licensed to practice law in Texas or a J.D. Pending Bar Results.
