Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Should have experience managing litigation matters, including preparing pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery. Ability to handle a wide variety of commercial litigation is required. Responsible for management and quality control of electronic documents. Experience with Relativity, I-Pro, or other document management software essential. Experience using Westlaw for legal research is needed. Experience with employment law, foreclosure, bankruptcy and construction litigation preferred.
