Paralegal FT (Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group) Duties: Handle a variety of core matters, including: complex commercial litigation, antitrust claims, business fraud, conspiracy, and unfair competition claims, breach of contract, tortious interference with business and contractual relationships, claims for diversion of corporate opportunities, employment and labor disputes, management and corporate control issues, dissolution of partnerships, shareholder and member derivative actions, financial transactions and insurance coverage disputes, disputes over misappropriation or control of intellectual property and trade secrets, statutory claims, defamation, consumer financing and creditor s rights, commercial collection. Qualifications: 2+ years experience in Business and Commercial Litigation. Ability to handle a high case load.
