Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support attorneys in both plaintiff and defense civil and commercial litigation matters. Areas of practice related to position include business, real estate, personal injury and property damage. Review and draft routine legal documents. Create and maintain case files. Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders. Conduct legal research. Should possess paralegal training, classroom or work experience, and 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in the areas listed above.
