Paralegal Clerk - Litigation The candidate will maintain case pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and research. Assist with document retrieval, review, organization, and production. Assist in research and investigation. Prepare documents for filings, electronically and traditionally, with state and Federal courts. Organize and prepare exhibits and/or privilege logs. Coordinate work with outside document/litigation vendors, including adherence to strict deadlines. Cite-check and edit legal documents. Maintain document, transcript and work product databases. Assist with trial site preparation and attend trials. Meet minimum 1,650 hour annual billable requirement. Maintain confidentiality of client information. All members of the firm are expected to participate in our Global Citizenship Program. Other duties as assigned. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
