Labor & Employment Attorney The candidate will represent clients in a variety of federal, state, and local employment matters including, but not limited to representing clients before Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Should have 1-3 years experience in representing clients before administrative agencies in employment-related claims and litigating on behalf of both management and employees. Experience in MSPB, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA and USERRA is preferred but not required.
