Associate Attorney The candidate will be expected to manage an active case load of cases in pre-litigation and litigation (with the help of a support team), effectively work up cases, negotiate settlements, participate in discovery and law and motion, and, if necessary, to take the case to trial for the client. Should be detail oriented, outcome focused, and someone who has a desire to get the best results for the client. Must have Civil litigation experience; Personal injury legal experience and Trial experience. Should have history playing organized, competitive sports from high school forward to present. Must have prior sales experience requiring the candidate to meet minimum sales. Should be conversational and written Spanish experience, especially if fluent.
