Administrative Assistant / Legal Secretary The candidate will be expected to prepare initial drafts of pleadings, written discovery, compose and edit correspondence, and calendar. Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail required. Must be reliable, prompt, honest, diligent and professional. Should be able to type 60 wpm, have litigation experience, know what it takes to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of MS Word and WordPerfect, excellent organizational skills, exceptional work ethic and positive attitude.
