Associate Attorney The candidate will join the firms civil litigation practice, with a focus on commercial litigation, general litigation and transnational/real estate practice. Will perform legal research and writing, drafting, conducting depositions and appearing in State and Federal courts throughout New York State. Must be admitted and/or pending admission to practice in New York State. Experience of 1+ year in legal research and legal drafting is preferred.
