Seeking Health Care Attorney with 3+ years experience in health care law. Candidate will assist with regulatory, compliance, licensing, employment, and transactional matters. A master of laws degree in health care is preferred. Must have working knowledge of state and federal licensing requirements, CMS Conditions of participation, and fraud and abuse laws. Must be authorized to practice law in Florida. Excellent communication and writing skills. Demonstrate passion for health care law. Strong desire to improve knowledge of health care law.
